Nicole possesses extensive knowledge in collective bargaining and union negotiations. Additionally, she has skills in new document policy design and administration. Her expertise includes grant management and labor law, encompassing multi-state FMLA, FLSA, ADA, harassment, EEOC, and OSHA regulations and investigations. Furthermore, Nicole integrates astrology workplace insights into her HR practices to enhance team dynamics. Raluca holds an MBA from Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, WA, and has successfully passed the CPHR exam for British Columbia and Yukon. Martha has over 15 years of experience as a bilingual professional translator (English/Spanish), specializing in administrative translation that supports HR professional teams. This includes translating human resources handbooks, performance reviews, and documents related to employee relations services. She holds a Bachelor’s in Communications from the University of Mexico, along with an advanced certification in proofreading.
